BeagleBoneBlack with Adafruit Ultimate GPS Breakout

I like to run a SoC with a GPS and PPS as a primary source for ntpd. I choose BeagleBone Black cause of his dedicated ethernet chip (on an RaspBerryPi the ethernet phys is connected via USB and causes jitter cause of the irregular timing of the USB).
